Krinos Food Atlanta is the largest importer and distributor of Balkan, Greek, Turkish and other European specialties with its warehouses in Atlanta, Chicago and New York

The client's request is that the orders they receive through their webshop are forwarded to us in DataSync for processing and then forwarded to the given email addresses so that the staff in charge can carry out the necessary work related to the collection of goods, organization of logistics, i.e. all the steps required for the delivery of the ordered goods.

Key points of the project

• Downloading a confirmed order from Shopify
• Processing of confirmed orders according to the specified criteria
• Forwarding of processed orders to defined email addresses

Conclusion

• The report that is sent has a direct effect on the logistics, we got an acceleration and a reduction in the time to process the order
• Thanks to order processing through the DataSync system, we have improved the entire system of preparation and collection of goods
